Just wanted to share an excellent quote by Hugo Black, one of the Supreme Court's great liberals. Pass this one on to your friends.

Paramount among the responsibilities of a free press is the duty to prevent any part of the government from deceiving the people and sending them off to distant lands to die of foreign fevers and foreign shot and shell.

I'll never forget how, about 10 years ago, I heard a report on how the Japanese government profited from the sale of cigarettes. Because of that, it did not discourage smoking and in fact, encouraged it.

I thought how awful it would be to live with a government that had so little regard for the lives of its citizens; who in fact saw them as a means of economic enrichment.

Now look at what the U.S. is doing. Far worse. They do not even allow these young men to live to middle age.
