Now I think this is just disgusting, but they were given out in local newsletters. I dont know who is giving them out. But I want to know what you guys think. Is this freedom of speech, or just racist propoganda?

Based on Supreme Court decisions, there is a fine line between free speech and illegal hate speech and this appears to be on that line.

What else did the newsletter say? If it suggests or promotes violence against any individuals or groups of individuals, I would take it to the police station immediately.

What this means is that there is a hate group in your area and they might be working themselves up to do something violent, like kill somebody. Report it to the police.

Turns out its some white supremecist group in Southern California called WAR (white aryan resistance.) They have a violent history, yet are protected by free speech rights and are distributing their newsleter. The letter was a large essay, and I was in no mood to read it. I hate the message, but I don't think it is necessarily advocating violence. I find crap like this all of the time... in hospitals, counseling rooms, churches, bulletin boards at local stores, bumper stickers, etc. Usually it targets gay people, but it's all the same. Throw it into the recycling bin- at least they are spending the money on postage and publishing costs instead of something else.
