I could never do "Salon" level just report.

But just getting folks to read the right wing blogs with the light on - and not hearing them through talk radio - with left wing blogs nearby - is an achievement.

Pete is one of the good guys. It is really satisfying to see him make the big time.

Now, I understand a whole hell of a lot more about him and his knowledge of the election and its "eccentricities". And the accuracy and the provenance of his statements at that time, which some, in the heat of those times, called into question.

8. Drats - I've been

checking daou for several months. Didn't realize it was Pete's site. Not really happy I have to read ads or pay Salon now to check it out. Hope Pete benefits somehow from the lowered exposure, but I don't see how it helps him, as many people will not pay or read ads to check out his work.

I noticed yesterday that I couldn't access the Daou Report anymore - and that's too bad.

The cool thing about the web is all the free info and that was a nice collection of opinions from various angles.
