One can make the case the Bush administration fails "to appreciate the nature and quality or the wrongfulness of his acts" and this is obviously willful.

I believe the movie "The Corporation" makes a similar case in regards to globalisation and advanced capitalism, should someone wish to pursue that line of reasoning you can say you have corroboration !
