ENVELOPE ENTREPRENEUR REPEATS NIXON TREATMENT

The man who put Richard Nixon behind bars thinks Ronald Reagan merits the same treatment. His new envelope comes with a mini-cell-- just add a stamp -- and ``depicts the former president in a light millions of Americans can better appreciate,'' said Thom Zajac, publisher of the Santa Cruz Comic News.

In 1995, when the Postal Service issued a first-class Nixon stamp in honor of the former president who had died the year before, Zajac was ready with an envelope that, when the stamp was placed just so, showed Nixon behind bars.

He attracted national publicity and sold 400,000.
