Help me understand this (yet another "Jeff Gannon" thread)

I watched the clip with Aaron Brown/Salon guy/Americablog gent and there was some mention that Mr Gannon/Guckert made a "bring it on!"-type statement to those who were questioning his credentials and background - something to the effect that he had been hiding in plain sight all along. Can anyone tell me where he made this statement? Was it his web site? And does anyone have the exact quote?

1. He emailed it here to DU. Seems he was disappointed in only

getting a #2 ranking on the weekly Idiots list. Promised to try harder to make number 1 - my vote would be that he succeeded.

4. buzzflash may have made mention

but you should really take a log at Americablogs.com and Salon. those were the two guys who were on with AAron Brown that stated it. Jeff Gannon also e-mailed DU when he learned he had made the Top 10 Idiots List. He wrote telling us that he would try harder to be number #1. so I do not doubt his arrogance and the fact he thought his ass was covered.
