NPR stilted report on Dean as Dem Chair
I was listening to All Things Considered yesterday and a report came on that detailed Deans rise to head the Democratic National Comittee.

What did they do. Talk to Roemer abotu security of course.

Then played the "Dean scream".

I about puked.

NPR is shilling for the GOP lite Dems...

WHY???

2. Look at who's writing the checks
NPR must accomplish the impossible task of reporting the truth and not making their GOP bosses angry.

Bashing Howard Dean is one way to balance the task.

4. Did the gift from Kroc have any contingencies?
ON it being accepted?

Seems that money was gifted and lots of changes have been made since.

3. Farewell, NPR...
You're going to miss my monthly contribution. My support was for an alternate news source. You are no longer anything but mainstream. Even Garrison Keillor is afraid to make fun of the Shrub these days, which is probably why you still broadcast him.

5. The talent on NPR is wonderful...
Garrison, Scott Simon, Nina Totenberg, Ira Glass, ...the list is very, very long.

But, I can no longer donate. I can't support right wing news and propaganda..

I don't want any of the people I admire to lose their jobs...but the right wing did this to them, not me.

Remember the tirades of Gingrich, Burton, Gramm, Helms, Lott? They won, folks! Now, Cokie and Mora are at home.

If only Air America could grow so the talented people could switch.

NPR is no longer a public station.
