5. I'd like to have a beer with the iron art fellow...
but maybe just one beer.

Well done. And by the way, I have a Mepublican colleague who is reading your site daily and is impressed and speechless.

8. Great...but...
What's a Mepublican? Was that a typo, or am I about to lean something new?

:)

13. No typo-
Mepublican is a term I lifted from a good friend's 80 year old dad, a life-long Democrat and ornery as all get out.

6. It is very interesting.
Thanks to Chris Hume for interviewing Texas Senator Eliot Shapleigh, one of the good guys.

7. Will, I love the Red State Roadtrip.
I even love the song at the start. The old geezer in Kansas was such a hoot, "Hell, I only make these things to piss people off." It is ironic that he was talking about the farmers that are paid not to grow crops and are subsidized and Bush supporters. Today they are getting their due from their boy. And all of the people who expressed that the things they value most happen to be democratic sponsered issues, and they voted for Bush, just floor me.

I hope you will tell Chris that he has a fan in New Mexico.

9. I posted something on this yesterday.
Thanks again for that series, although I could watch that and read What's the Matter With Kansas until my eyes bleed and will STILL never understand what goes on in the rattling hollow of a Bush voter for the life of me.

I just shake my head in utter conTEMPT for these idjits. The "Christun Main", "Good ol' Boy", "Morals", "Values" reasons have NOTHING to do with running a fucking country, you fools. I love how NONE of these people could come up with a logical answer for their vote when confronted with facts about this shitty term.

Kudos to Mr. Hume (Faux's lesser Hume should take objectivity notes) - "yeah, dead bodies are dead bodies, I guess . . ." HA!

14. Or the young church-goer
who, re: Iraq war says she agrees with * in her heart that it is right and then re: abortion says killing is wrong. Where's Pat Paulsen when you need him.

(I know he has passed).

10. They're hilarious and really well done
Especially the Crawford Texas segment. Maybe you can get The Daily Show to air one or two segments, so you get more exposure.
