The party was debt-ridden, information-technology-deprived, and of antiquated structure when he took over. What most people don't realize is how much fundamental, logistical progress he made.

Roll your eyes if you want but he is giving Dr. Dean a well-oiled logistical machine. Now, my fervent hope, is that with a good basic machine in place, Dr. Dean can tune the machine to get rid of some of the basic MESSAGE incompetence from the last two elections. Specifically, I am talking about the lame, weak-assed bench of piss-poor fodder for the talking head shows and the roll-over punk faction of play-nice strategy.

but he was the worst. i remember when he would get on CNN my stomach would turn. he was just such a bad speaker when it came to defending our party. i can only hope that our guy dean never ever becomes a real politician. i couldn't stand that. the appeal of dean is his honesty and straight forwardness. its the same appeal the cons have but they are lying. lol - all dean has to do is stand up there and say the truth and tell it like it is. gee just like terry is doing right now!! how original.
