Here's what they want --- NO Corporate taxation and a Value Added Tax
Much too many rethug radio shows are talking about this after the "non-starter" soc sec privitization effort.

WHICH means that this was Rove's plan. "All right...you can't agree on soc sec....we are coming with a "flat tax" to effect all.

This was the plan the whole time (IMHO).
