Yeah... I guess it's a policy of our country to enslave the people of one country and then conquer another. I wonder if 100 years from now we'll be asking if we should pay reparations to the Iraqis?

200 Billion for social reform, or to help cover medical cost. I don't do reparations for slavery. If anyone deserves reparations it would be Native Americans, of which i am one. I do not support reparations for us either. It was a long time ago, i see no need to make the people of today pay for the crimes of the past.

Funding pharmaceutical coverage for all Americans who need it would be far more beneficial, and more practical than vainly trying to assign blame, or victimhood, or both, to Americans for crimes that occurred before they were born.
