How can we get an article to "get in the ring" at Yahoo???

I've been trying to find an article at Yahoo News about the increase in Iraq corporate gifting beyond the stated $87 billion....so that I can do my part in rating it a 5 so that it will appear in the "top stories" list. There are none to be found.

Does anyone know the strategy on how to initiate this???
Why hasn't this significant piece of info gone anywhere???

ok ok..I know the answer on the last question. But still--there are many truth-revealing articles that make it to the "highest rating" or "most active" lists.

Let's get this important piece of info in there.
