bush supporters; An American Tragedy
bush supporters still believe what is not true:

-75% of bush supporters continue to believe, incorrectly, that Iraq was providing substantial support to al Qaeda

-63% believe, incorrectly, that clear evidence of this support has been found.

-60% of bush supporters assume, incorrectly, that this is also the conclusion of most experts

-55% assume, incorrectly, that this was the conclusion of the 9/11 Commission

And the truly sickening part is that the MAJORITY OF BUSH SUPPORTERS say it would be THE WRONG THING TO DO to invade and occupy Iraq IF IRAQ WAS NOT supporting al Qaeda.

Asked whether the US should have gone to war with Iraq if US intelligence had concluded that Iraq was not making WMD or providing support to al Qaeda, 58% of Bush supporters said the US should not have, and 61% assume that in this case the President would not have.

http://www.pipa.org/OnlineReports/Pres_Election_04/html...

The MAJORITY OF RIGHTWINGNUTS would have OPPOSED bush's invasion of Iraq...IF THEY HAD KNOWN THE ACTUAL FACTS.

1458 US troops would still be ALIVE; 10,000 would still be WHOLE; 100,000+ Iraqis would still be ALIVE; IF RIGHTWINGNUTS HAD JUST KNOWN THE FACTS! Facts they STILL DO NOT KNOW.

SO MANY PEOPLE ARE DEAD; SO MANY LIVES ARE RUINED...BECAUSE RIGHTWINGNUTS DIDN'T KNOW and STILL DON'T KNOW THE FACTS.

THEY ARE AN AMERICAN TRAGEDY.

4. Sounds like a GREAT idea! Ignorance truly is an American tragedy
I do think that it would be noticed if a less derogatory word were used to describe these tragically ignorant 'rightwingnuts'. We need to seduce them with the facts - just as they've been seduced by lies. The PIPA stats and this posting do that very well. All that is needed is some artistic brilliance!

Here are a collection of flyers for leaving behind everywhere you go. Some are leftover from Kerry campaign, others are good for any season.
