1. Probably about the same.
We'd still be at war with Iraq, because they wanted that no matter what.

We might have more civil liberties.

They still would've stolen the '04 election more thoroughly than they stole the '00 one.

2. Yes, that's why they needed it to happen.
And why they did it.

3. You really have to back that asumption back to the 2000 election
...because for 9-11 not to have happened, George Bush would not have been president. Once that coup was achieved all the rest has unfolded pretty much according to plan.

4. I see
A fairly boring Presidency. He probably would have vacationed a lot, and that might have been his legacy. Without the 9/11 card, he would have failed in a re-election bid, and would have presided over an ailing economy.

6. The terrorists would've been successful later on.
After all, bush would still go on ignoring his own intelligence.

7. Are you serious?
1500 less lives lost...at the very least...but still certain bankruptcy looming for the country.
We can only dream about the possibility that the monkey wouldn't have been woken out of his sleep....
But too much evidence is available which indicates that Bush et al was very much playing possum hoping for a terrorist attack.

8. Al Gore would probably have just been starting his second term
That's the only way 9/11 would not have happened.
