Who is the "Omnicom Group" ??

And how are they connected to Armstrong Williams? And the fake news reports about Medicare? And about the recent attack upon legitimate news by PR firms used by this White House? Armstrong Williams and others were paid by Ketchum Communications, a firm out of Texas, that was bought out by Omnicom Group in the late 90's.

Coupled with the Democratic Party's release yesterday of a report about the dramatic increase in PR funds spend by this Administration in the different agencies of this government, it would benefit us to know where the money is going and where it is then distributed, to agents like Armstrong Williams and others, with the whole purpose to PR even the most untouchable items, including Social Security.
