Creative Response Concepts: Righties controlling research?! Gannon?!
yes, the PR company for right wing ideologues...

can anyone tell me why they're listed as PR contact on releases from LexisNexis?

http://www.lexisnexis.com/about/releases/0696.asp

http://www.lexisnexis.com/about/releases/0767.asp

Have the names Sean McCabe or Steve Burke come up in the context of the Gannon thing?

Now, let me tell you, I write press releases (among other PR stuff) and plan media relations and publicity campaigns for a living. Generally speaking, we put our firm's name, as well as our client's name, on releases as a contact.

Good God, I hope this doesn't mean that CRC's got their hands on LexisNexis, which is an incredibly useful research tool that millions use (I think it's millions...). I hope I hope I hope I'm wrong. Somebody tell me I'm wrong.

1. Who are Sean McCabe and Burke?
Do you know of something linking them to the GOP? Because if you do, then yes, I AM worried. Whoever controls Lexis-nexis controls how history will be written. (or re-written.)

3. eeek! I wish I knew...I'm still trying to figure it out, but any help
would be much appreciated.

BTW, here's from CRC's site http://www.crc4pr.com/company/press/

Regarding PR Week's article of 9/17,  (http://www.prweek.com/news/news_story_free.cfm?ID=222586&site=3)

CRC President Greg Mueller released the following statement:

"Please understand, we never meant to imply that the blogosphere is something we did, or even could, control or direct.  No one controls the bloggers. The extraordinary depth and breadth of their talent and resources only breeds one thing: a fierce independence much needed in the country.  They are a force the PR industry and news media need to pay greater attention to.

"In the interview with PR Week, we tried to communicate that the bloggers, and then CNS www.cnsnews.com, were moving this story, which we then began pushing to conservative media, news websites and "mainstream" press.

"If anything, we're just proud that our client, CNS News, provided some hard news reporting to add some gasoline to the already rampant wildfire that the bloggers had started. Do we deserve credit for that? Not nearly as much as the guys at PowerLine, Instapundit, LittleGreenFootballs, INDCJournal, Allahpundit, and so many others deserve."

The media relies on Lexis-nexis for its research. Whoever controls Lexis-Nexis controls information. The press should be worried about this.

(And i subscribe to Lexis Nexis and use it all the time)

6. HOLY FREAKIN' COW! Sean McCabe and pornography!? in Florida!?
Quick google revealed this court case, which in part says:

The Respondent registered the domain names primarily for the purpose of disrupting the business of its competitor. Policy ? 4(b)(iii). See Fossil Inc. v. NAS, FA 92525 (Nat. Arb. Forum Feb. 23, 2000) (finding that the Respondent acted in bad faith by registering the domain name <fossilwatch.com> and using it to sell various watch brands). The Respondent obviously knew of the Complainantís mark given the competitive nature of the two businesses. See America Online, Inc. v. Avrasya Yayincilik Danismanlik Ltd., FA 93679 (Nat. Arb. Forum Mar. 15, 2000) (finding that Respondent "clearly had knowledge or reasonably should have had knowledge" of Complainantís well-known mark).

The Respondent has created an adult entertainment website at the domain name "PENTHOUSEX.COM". Using a domain name to attract Internet users to your website by creating a likelihood of confusion with the Complainantís mark is evidence of bad faith. Policy ? 4(b)(iv). See Busy Body, Inc. v. Fitness Outlet, Inc., D2000-0127 WIPO Apr. 22, 2000) (finding bad faith where the Respondent attempted to attract customers to its website, <efitnesswholesale.com>, and creating confusion by offering similar products).

May 20, 1999

News stories yesterday reported that veteran Republican strategist Peter Robbio of Manchester had been replaced as Steve Forbes' state director, but he would still work for the Presidential campaign as a volunteer.

It has now been learned that Robbio was arrested shortly before midnight on Friday, April 16, after allegedly brandishing a loaded handgun at the popular Black Brimmer restaurant in downtown Manchester.

<snip>

In an arrest affidavit, Manchester Police Officer James Ahern said that while working a security detail at the crowded nightspot, he was approached by one Raul Gonzalez, who told him that "a subject just pulled a gun on him and threatened him with it . . . He told me the subject bumped into him and did not apologize. So he bumped him right back. Words were exchanged."

Gonzalez told Ahern that the man "walked slowly away approx. 6-10 feet never taking his eyes off Mr. Gonzalez, he then reached inside his jacket and pulled out (a) small dark handgun and held it up to his right shoulder."

On edit -- Mueller, Robbio, and McCabe were all working on that campaign together: "Meanwhile, former Pat Buchanan operative Sean McCabe is now officially a member of the Forbes team, joining '96 Buchananites Greg Mueller and Peter Robbio, as well as '96 Dole strategist Paul Young."

What, do these people all know each other? I mean, everywhere you look it's the same group of players, over and over again. I've never really researched the Dems--is it the same way on the left? Is everything in this country an "old boy" network?

Concise, hard-hitting, and above all, accurate, are words that come to mind when describing the Evans-Novak Political Report. 21. this is a bit odd: lexIs-nexus / lexUs-nexus
Could be a common typo, but google comes up with a lot of hits when searching for both (google: "Lexus Nexus" lexisnexus), the two are often mentioned in one and the same article:

http://people.cas.sc.edu/rosati/libintinfo.htm

"...is available in both electronic form (such as Infotrac, Lexis-nexus)..."

"...For American newspaper articles use Lexus-Nexus and the General Magazine Index of Infotrac (for an electronic version)...."

"...For popular magazine articles, such as Newsweek or New Republic or the Economist, use Infotrac, Lexus-Nexus..."

http://www.kcgov.com/XML%20Data/Commissioners/PDFs/02-10-04.pdf (pdf)

"County Attorney Mike Miner presented information from Lexis Nexus indicating that the Burns the county has are now out of date. Miner stated Lexus Nexus would replace them for a fee. Sue Mitchell stated she believed that they were already paying for updates and that they did have current ones. Ron Robinson stated that the updates are also available on the Internet. Mitchell will verify the updates and report at the next meeting."

* moreover *

lexUs nexus is significant wrt the so called "surveillance society", as pointed out by journalist Robert O'Harrow on Democracy Now
http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=05/02/10/1545230
(video, audio, transcript)

No Place to Hide: Award-Winning Journalist Robert O'Harrow Goes Behind the Scenes of Our Emerging Surveillance Society

<snip>

Robert O'Harrow, Jr. , reporter for The Washington Post and is an associate of the Center for Investigative Reporting. He was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for articles on privacy and technology and a recipient of the 2003 Carnegie Mellon Cyber Security Reporting Award. (www.noplacetohide.net)

<snip>

...a company called Seismic Intelligence. Its name was Seisint, and it created a system called the matrix. A lot of people would have heard about the matrix, because it, for the first time to my knowledge, combined criminal investigative records and confidential investigative records from police and law enforcement and driver records and photographs with these 20 billion records that, you know, showed where we lived and the cars we owned and the assets that we have; and it did it in a way where I could make a query, if I were a cop, that had a partial license plate, a description of, you know, that I'm a white guy with -- six foot with brown hair, and a general location, and come up with everybody that fit that description within the snap of a finger.

<snip>

Now, the matrix system is one of those things that a lot of people thinks was killed because a number of states dropped out both for concerns about privacy and the intrusion, as well as the cost. But the reality is, some states are still using it, and more importantly, last summer, Hank Asher's company was bought by Lexus Nexus, this giant company that nobody thinks of really in this realm because we all use them to get newspaper clips; but in fact, Lexus Nexus is one of the main players in the war on terror, and is sharing its information under contract with the government. Now, they bought the matrix system and Hank Asher's company, Seisint for three-quarters of a billion dollars. And it's a sure thing that the matrix technology is now being used for homeland security.

31. Stone's ex owns 'Stone Group'
Edited on Fri Feb-18-05 06:38 PM by DoYouEverWonder
I don't know if Stone Financial is a subsidiary?

However, her graphics company is called Creative Marketing in Alexandria, Va.

Creative Response Concepts is in Arlington, Va and is owned by someone else. CRC’s Chairman is someone named Leif Noren.

Here's some info about both companies. There might be some overlap? All I know is the Roger Stone is in here some where.

McCarty revealed during the FEC hearings that she was recruited by top Republicans on the morning after the Nov. 7 election to oversee the ballot recount in Palm Beach County. McCarty also testified that Stone called her at home between Nov. 13 and Nov. 16 and told her he was forming a committee "for the purposes of taking action against the Florida Supreme Court," and she agreed to participate, according to the Broward Daily Business Review.

"He explained to me that people were very, very upset with the way the Florida Supreme Court was conducting itself, and that in Florida we have a merit retention system," McCarty said.

But what Stone did not explain -- and still has not to this day -- is who instructed him to create the committee and who donated the $150,000.

According to press reports, committee campaign records listed the $150,000 as a "loan" from Creative Marketing in Alexandria, Va., which doesn’t exist, though it does share the same mailing address as the Stone Group, a fundraising and marketing firm run by Republican activist Ann Stone, Roger’s ex-wife.

Stranger still, according to the Broward Daily Business Review reporter Dan Christensen, state Administrative Law Judge Harry L. Hooper, determined that "Stone ‘or his organization’ actually paid the $150,000 not to Creative Marketing but to a Virginia company called Unique Graphics and Design, which, according to Virginia state corporate records, had as its principals Ann Stone and Lora Lynn Jones. The committee subsequently paid Unique Graphics an additional $50,000 in May 2001 for purposes that remain unclear."

"Neither Hooper nor the FEC determined why the committee listed Creative Marketing rather than Unique Graphics as the recipient of the payments," Christensen wrote July 9.

http://www.buzzflash.com/analysis/03/09/15_recount.html

The Republican National Committee operates its own 24/7 anti-news network to monitor coverage and orchestrate a rapid response. Salon reports that the story casting doubt on the documents was first pushed into the news stream by Creative Response Concepts, a Republican public relations firm. Then, selected bloggers went to work led by an Atlanta lawyer who helped get President Bill Clinton disbarred and was the first who called the memos fakes. His charges spread like a prairie fire through the rabid conservative grapevine and amen corner. The goal: Focus the media on Rather, not Bush. CBS initially stood by the documents, then hedged, saying that even if they were flawed, the story that Bush had disobeyed his commander's order to have a physical was accurate in essence. But it finally had to concede it was a mistake to run the story.

BILL MAY (415) 515-9329

Ray Flynn
US President Your Catholic Voice

Your Catholic Voice President Ray Flynn:

'Today, I want to commend each and every Member of the U.S. Senate who stood by their convictions and voted, again, in defense of life. Today's Senate passage of the Partial-Birth Abortion ban now moves us one step closer to ending this gruesome, barbaric and unnecessary procedure.

'I also want to thank President Bush and other Members of Congress for their leadership and efforts in promoting a culture of life. This debate has gone on far too long and certainly begs this point. We can debate important issues such as National Security, Social Security, healthcare and taxes. But if we cannot defend life at every stage, from the moment of conception until natural death, what can we defend?'

Mr. Flynn is the former U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican. To schedule interviews with either of them contact Keith Appell (ext. 112), Sean McCabe (ext. 110) or Steve Burke (ext. 108) at (703)-683-5004.

WIN Chastises ADL for One-Sided Panel on Mel Gibson's "Passion"

January 9, 2004

Why Does Abe Foxman Have A Personal Vendetta Against Mel Gibson?

CINCINNATI --- Women Influencing the Nation President and Founder Jennifer Giroux today chastised Anti-Defamation League Executive Director Abe Foxman for the one-sided panel discussion on Mel Gibson's forthcoming movie The Passion of the Christ at an ADL annual meeting this morning in Palm Beach, Fla.

"The ADL says it's open to interfaith dialogue, but has now shown itself to be agenda-driven with its sole purpose as maligning The Passion of the Christ and its producer Mel Gibson," Giroux said.

were behind the forgery/typewriter story. Turns out the L. Brent Bozell III is President of both CNS and Media Research Center.

Two DC firms ramp up efforts over latest presidential controversies
Written by Douglas Quenqua
Published on September 17 2004

A CRC client, the Cybercast News Service (CNS), was among the first to voice suspicion that documents suggesting Bush had received preferential treatment in the Guard were forgeries.

"After the CBS story aired, called typographical experts, got them on the record that these papers were fishy, and posted a story by 3pm Thursday," said CRC SVP Keith Appell. "We were immediately in contact with Drudge, who loved the story."

CRC worked with CNS and the Media Research Center, another media watchdog client, to push the story into the mainstream press.

"We've been communicating with bloggers and news websites to make sure they know it isn't just Rush Limbaugh and Matt Drudge who are raising questions," added CRC president Greg Mueller.

40. Greg Mueller
I've got a bunch of notes on this guy's escapades, some of which I see have already been mentioned here, but far from all.

He was Pat Buchanan's communications director in the 1992 presidential campaign.

He did PR work for Gary Aldrich's smear-fest against Clinton ("Unlimited Access") and for its publisher, Regnery.

He was a top advisor for Steve Forbes in the 2000 campaign.

Creative Response Concepts was the PR firm for the SwiftBoaties.

It was also recently working for Viktor Yanukovych, former prime minister of Ukraine.

http://www2.pravda.com.ua/en/archive/?31010-1-new

Mueller's connections with Brent Bozell go back at least to the World Freedom Foundation, a pro-Contra group connected to Reverend Moon which Bozell founded in 1987. According to http://rightweb.irc-online.org/groupwatch/wff.php , writing as of 1990:

Greg Mueller, director of public relations for WFF, is with the public relations firm of Keene, Shirley & Associates. Keene, Shirley is a registered agent for Jonas Savimbi of UNITA, the opposition army in Angola, and the Nicaraguan Development Council, a contra front group. He also represents the Nicaraguan Democratic Resistance. Keene, Shirley was hired as the first public relations firm for the Nicaraguan American National Foundation, a pro-contra lobbying group formed by Nicaraguan exiles. Reportedly, the funds to pay the Keene, Shirley bill came from WFF and the Conservative Victory Committee. At Keene, Shirley, Mueller has also represented Christian Voice and has coordinated a conference for the AFC. Mueller worked with Bozell at the National Conservative Fdn as a research analyst for Newswatch.

Craig Shirley was the producer of the notorious Willie Horton ad in 1988 and was a publicist last fall for "Stolen Honor." In between, he, like Mueller, represented Gary Aldrich. Christian Voice and the American Freedom Coalition (AFC) were both closely connected with Reverend Moon.

Whatever the exact nature of the dirty-tricks and smear-job operation that has been going on on the right, Mueller and Creative Response Concepts are likely to be very close to the heart of it.

46. OK, I think this is sort of it:
The CRC and its employees are extreme wingers. They're behind the swift boat stuff. They seem to be behind the Rathergate stuff. They seem to be using bloggers as a way of marketing right wing causes. I believe that LexisNexis is a client, and I doubt that LN could NOT know who they were getting in bed with. That would seem to indicate that this widely used service--one upon which many researchers depend--is at least sympathetic to extreme RW sentiments.

When I looked at more specific releases with the CRC contacts, they seem to all be about LN products that involve deep databases (even one product that marries consumer info to GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION for more effective skip tracing...yeah, that's it... "skip tracing").

You want a Ministry of Propaganda? CRC seems to be it. And they're spreading their influence insidiously and surely. Pretty soon, I fear, the truth *won't* be out there 'cause they'll have erased it. Breaks this poor ol' conspiracy nut's heart, I tell ya!

I think that maybe maybe maybe Gannon ties in through the Rathergate thing, which other threads are looking at.

I didn't really have a "narrative" in mind.. someone on another thread just said, hey, let's look into CRC and I found this stuff. I posted as I found it, and I'm only now starting to draw conclusions. I'd certainly appreciate any other thoughts on this!

Ancore originally began as the Advanced Nucleonics Division of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).  Ancore became a privately owned company during 1997.  In 2002, Ancore Corporation became a subsidiary of OSI Systems.

CUSTOMS SERVICE, DOD TO TEST PFNA NEUTRON SCANNING AT US BORDER CROSSING

Neutron Scanners Can Detect All Forms of Explosives Including Components for Dirty Bombs

US Customs Service Commissioner Robert Bonner last week directed his staff to "work jointly with the Department of Defense" to stage a realistic test of Pulsed Fast Neutron Analysis (PFNA) scanning technology at a US border crossing, possibly El Paso, Texas. The commissioner described the use of Customs resources as "appropriate" and that he was "…prepared to use up to $5 million from our appropriations for technology to help fund a controlled test."

The pledge by Commissioner Bonner to test the PFNA neutron scanning device at a US border crossing is significant in that now two federal agencies, the US Customs Service and the Department of Defense, have each earmarked $5 million for operational field tests of the PFNA inspection system.

When recently asked by members of Congress if Ancore’s technology could detect components for dirty bombs, officials enthusiastically responded by saying that Ancore’s neutron scanning systems can automatically detect and halt any dirty bomb threat at our borders, seaports or airports."

54. Bozell--->Media Resource Center----> CRC
http://www.mrc.org/press/2004/press20040721.asp

As I'm looking at all these "organizations" CRC reps, I realize what they're doing. They have some big fish clients, like Visa and Microsoft (ugh, worse than I thought), but then they've created dozens of right wing cause-oriented organizations.

I know this is how PR agencies work, since the one I work for has been advised to do the same kind of thing by experts, but we haven't done it (yet). The "organization" is pretty much bogus; you print up some letterhead, have your PR agency be the contact (since it's really the agency anyway), have a spokesperson, and bing! you've got press!

For instance, let's say your agency has a client ABC Baby Food. You create for them, then, the National Council on Pediatric Nutrition. You put out press releases under this bogus Council's letterhead, listing the agency as contact, then you arrange interviews for the Council's "founding member"--i.e., your client. Your client looks like an expert, the a special organization lends your cause an air of authority, and releases don't look like marketing materials from ABC Baby Food, even though they really are.

So far from what I'm seeing, I get the feeling that the main client for all these little orgs is CRC or MRC. My guess is that I'm going to find that CRC or MRC regularly creates "bloggers" or forums that are a similar bogus front for the agency itself. I'm already picking up that PR agencies are being advised to court bloggers...it's only a matter of time.

"Do they have big Talons?"

58. With Lexis Nexus, it's never too late to change the past.
Winston Smith would be amazed.

Creative Response Concepts are the turds who helped sink Kerry the War Hero and draw heat away from Bush the Cowardly Zero. Seemingly directed by Ailes, Rove, Bozell and Norquist, these scum used the Internets and their stooges at Fox News, the Washington Times and throughout the LRWM (Lying Right Wing Media) to give credence to these Big Lies and the rest of their NAZI propaganda. Fine scum they are. They serve Pat Robertson and Rev. Moon at the expense of the United States of America.

From Salon.com:

Swift Boat flacks attack CBS

As the controversy over Bush's military record builds, a right-wing firm that works for the RNC pitches in.

EXCERPT...

Creative Response Concepts, the Arlington, Va., Republican public relations firm run by former Pat Buchanan communications director Greg Mueller, with help from former Pat Robertson communications director Mike Russell, sent out a media advisory Thursday to hawk a right-wing news dispatch: "60 Minutes' Documents on Bush Might Be Fake." Creative Response Concepts has played a crucial role in hyping the inaccurate, secondhand Swift Boat allegations, with Russell serving as the group's official spokesman. A company spokesman could not be reached for comment.

Throughout the Swift Boat smear campaign, the veterans involved asserted they had no political agenda and were unaffiliated with any political party. But Creative Response Concepts, which was obviously paid some undisclosed amount for its Swift Boat work, has many links to the Republican Party and the conservative movement. Among its clients are the Republican National Committee, National Republican Congressional Committee and National Republican Senatorial Committee. Its client list also includes the Christian Coalition, National Taxpayers Union, Media Research Council and Regnery Publishing. Regnery is the firm that published "Unfit for Command," the SBVT screed against Kerry's military record.

Now Creative Response is working the case against CBS's "60 Minutes" report on Bush's questionable service in the Texas Air National Guard. The program included the first-ever interview with former Texas Lt. Gov. Ben Barnes on how he secured preferential treatment for the young George Bush in entering the Texas Air National Guard to avoid service in Vietnam. It also featured never-before-seen personal memos written by one of Bush's immediate commanders at the time, Lt. Col. Jerry Killian, who expressed concern and frustration over Bush's refusal to obey a direct order and fulfill his military commitment.

Bartlett attacked Barnes as politically motivated, but did not challenge the veracity of his account. Conservative operatives immediately alleged that Killian's memos were forged, posting their charges on the Internet while the CBS broadcast was still in progress. They claim that the memos were faked using modern word-processing equipment, and were not produced with typewriters common from the Vietnam era.

SNIP...

In the release, Creative Response promoted a Web site called Cybercast News Service, one of several groups directed by Brent Bozell, a longtime right-wing activist who has devoted years to attacking the "liberal bias" of the mainstream press. His Media Research Center and other similar efforts have been heavily funded by conservative billionaire Richard Mellon Scaife.

59. Hi Octafish! thanks for the article!
I really do believe that CRC is behind Gannon and Talon (and maybe GOPUSA). I'm almost there. If Gannon is connected with Go Daddy...

the tough thing is... all these people seem to always be running in the same circles. they all know each other. they all do business with each other. they all destroy things together. they work in concert. it's so tangled up that it's hard to tease out one strand of info so that you can say YES! THIS PROVES IT!

I find it interesting that many of these folks play and/or coach lacrosse; i'd have to go back through this huge list of links that I haven't put up here because they're about people's personal lives (people who may or may not be the people under discussion here). There seem to be a lot of Catholics and Irish Catholics among them, as well, which I wouldn't have thought. i'd have thought it more likely they'd be of an evangelical protestant persuasion of one sort or another. the irish thing came up completely unexpectedly, and again, i wouldn't put the links up here. these are just a few among the many odd "coincidences" i see pop up again and again and again.

thanks, Octafish, for taking a look here.

Conservative Leads Challenge to the Supreme Court
Tuesday February 8, 5:07 am ET

WASHINGTON, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Rush Limbaugh calls him "F. Lee Levin" and named him the legal advisor to his Excellence in Broadcasting network, the most listened to radio franchise in the country. To Sean Hannity he's "The Great One" and a frequent guest on his nationally syndicated radio show. And to thousands of New Yorkers he's the #1 rated evening drive time voice of modern conservative wisdom on WABC radio (AM). He's Mark Levin -- former chief of staff at the Justice Department during the Reagan Administration -- and he's becoming an increasingly powerful figure in the world of political and policy ideas.

Levin, 47, is the author of a new book, "Men in Black: How the Supreme Court is Destroying America." (Regnery). A noted constitutional scholar, Levin's book is regarded as the guide to the imminent battle over the next Supreme Court nominee. Levin argues that America's highest court has strayed from its constitutional role, seized power from the elected branches of government, and disenfranchised millions of American voters. Several justices, he notes, abuse their power by imposing their personal policy preferences on society.

"Activist judges have taken over school systems, prisons, farm quotas and private sector hiring and firing practices," Levin said. "They have granted benefits to illegal immigrants, promoted racial discrimination in college admissions and intervened in a presidential election. Levin noted, "In the past, the Supreme Court has upheld slavery, segregation, and the wholesale internment of innocent Japanese Americans. The justices are just as imperfect as the rest of us, and the framers would never have placed so much power in the hands of so few."

Among the suggestions Levin proposes to redress judicial overreaching are amending the Constitution to include term limits for federal judges (who currently serve for life), and allowing Congress to override a Supreme Court decision with a super majority, much the same way Congress can now override a presidential veto with a two-thirds vote of the Senate and the House. <snip>

Reaction Statement From MRC President Brent Bozell on Bob Schieffer Being Named to Replace Dan Rather

To: National Desk

Contact: Tim Scheiderer, of the Media Research Center, 703-683-5004, ext 126

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 2 /Christian Wire Service/ -- “Naming Bob Schieffer to replace Dan Rather, even for the short term, further proves the CBS ‘investigation’ into the Rathergate fiasco was a whitewash. Liberal bias prevails at CBS News, and the public will put little stock in CBS’s reporting until this network removes the institutionalized bias that permeates its newsroom.

“Schieffer himself is a classic example of someone in complete denial regarding liberal bias at CBS, having himself said: ‘It's such a wacky charge.’ This particular charge was the exact subject of former CBS newsman Bernard Goldberg’s bestselling book.

“The problem starts at the top. Les Moonves can no longer swap pawns and feel that will pacify the deserved criticism. He must make bold moves and bring in people who are committed to reporting facts, not viewpoints. If CBS is claiming this is a commitment to balance, CBS is CBS-ing again.”

64. people are talking about the Swifties going after new targets...
...the Swifties ARE CRC, etc. Look for Sean McCabe to pop up there, too. There's connection to the White House Correspondents Assoc., which led me, by phone number search, to the son of a FCC Chairman, a Montana college, and, in an odd twist of coincidence, to the very Bulldog of Gannon's bulldog.

CRC is probably Propagannon, too.

69. well that didn't take long (LOL)
yes, CRC is definitely behind usanext.org.

http://www.usanext.org/Press_Story.cfm?Press_Article_ID=196

Scroll down and you'll see Appell and Bromberg, who are CRC reps, as the contacts. The guy most often quoted as the spokesperson for the swifties is Sean McCabe, who I've looked into, above. All of them are CRC reps.
