Decent Summary of Guckert story.

It's a great look into Shrubs administration, but for someone trying to gather the facts, it may be overwhelming. I am certainly not well versed enough on it, but I was thinking for those new to hearing about it, a summary of the chain of events leading to Gannon/Guckert's recent downfall pinned would be good- with links and summarires and stuff. Pinned at the top of some board maybe.

Just a thought.
