John Aravosis of Americablog should have his own tv show.
He used to work for the UK's magazine The Economist, so he has a serious journalism background.

He is currently a blogger, and one who is in touch with the grassroots.

He is telegenic and well-spoken.

A cable news channel should hire him to host a tv show.

For people who have never seen video of him, go to the webpage below, and scroll down several stories to "AmericaBlog's John Aravosis on Court TV. Catherine Crier sets the right tone about what the Gannon story is all about."

Economizes on words in interviews..I noticed that myself on a program last week.

2. if it weren't for aravosis
we wouldn't even be talking about gannon right now...

lots of people gave him shit when he broke the news of gannon's pornographic websites, but you know, THAT'S the reason the story grew legs again... sex always sells.

so kudos to you john! ;-)

4. You are right
why isn't he on the talk shows? He is quick and very good looking in addition to his skills as a journalist.

We have been represented by Begala and Carville for so long - look at the talent that the Democrats have that is untapped.

6. What do we need him for....Didn't you hear?
TUCKER CARLSON is getting HIS OWN show on MSNBC filling the spot that was just vacated by Debra Norville.

7. Maybe that will work out in favor of this.
Suppose Tucker Carlson gets bad ratings.

Then the MSNBC president can say, "I'm replacing Tucker Carlson with John Aravosis, because the market for rightwing pundits is saturated."
