...and the first show of a new season. There's lots of great material for him to hit on now, too.

But, alas, the guest list includes Robin Williams. It will be impossible for anyone with a relevant point to get a word in edgewise with him around.

i dont find mr williams remotely funny and avoid watching him but sometimes a guest will surprise us. this is a different forum than were used to seeing him in so i assume he (or another guest) are on this kind of show because they want to participate in some thoughtful and fun discussion. so until i see something different then i trust that the guest is on because they want to be a part of this somehow and not just appear so they can do their regular routine

maybe he will be like gore vidal. i loved watching him on the show. he may talk a good bit but i was very glad for it. he is as intelligent and witty as any "golden age" script ever was
