Hmmm. Not the job he WANTED to do. Not the job he HAD to do. But the job he was ASKED to do. Does anyone here refer to their job that way? I sure don't.

The question is begged: James Dale Guckert, who asked you to pretend to be a "reporter"?

I'll bet the answer is another interesting can of worms.
