Gingrich on CSPAN blabbing about how King County election should
be thoroughly investigated because there were more votes than voters.... governor's race.

Says the left is far better at lying than the right is at telling the truth.... I see now why some consider him an ass.

Says the push for democracy is what we must do or some such blather... everyone knows that procuring the dibs on natural resources is the real prize... who does he think he is fooling?

This man is quite deranged to be sure. The audience loves it, and I cannot for the life of me see why.

What is up with people such as this man, or from his "side".

They point here and they point there and continue to practice what they criticize and despise.

3. He certainly seems to be taking attention in a very different
direction than the WHPA or anything of the sort... seems like it's circle the wagons YET AGAIN for these uh... people.

5. Unfortunately...being a King County Resident and
knowing the elections office as well as I do...I have to agree with Newt. Never thought I would say that but it is a sad fact that I do.

8. Will Mr. Gingrich speak to this? Probably not, doesn't suit his agenda.
18181

From Demopedia

Categories: Election Issues

The number 18181 has significance as the number of votes "won by an uncanny coincidence" by five Republican candidates in the 2002 mid-term US elections:

* Danny Scheel - County Judge, Comal County, Texas
* Carter Casteel - State Representative, District 73, Comal County, Texas
* Jeff Wentworth - State Senator, District 25, Comal County, Texas
* Candice Miller - US Congress, District 10, Lapeer County, Michigan
* Michael Smigiel - State Delegate, District 36, Queen Anne's County, Maryland

Using a simple alpha/numeric substitution, where a=1, b=2, ...h=8, reveals the message: "ahaha", suggesting the possibility that a programmer somewhere thought this was a pretty funny election hack. This message may simply be a coincidence; the more significant fact may be that 18181 is a prime number, and a palindromic prime at that.

The number 18181 has appeared again in the analysis of votes for George W. Bush in Ohio precincts in the 2004 election. (more info here)
