Here's what my palmistry (reading hands) book says about these types of fingers: "crooked, twisted fingers reveal a twisted, evil personality". There is a lack of ethics there, and the lines in the hand probably reveal a lot more sinister stuff. Beware of people with really twisted fingers and twisted lines in their hand.
