I don't know if this means anything.
But victor ashe's nickname was also bulldog from one of *'s speeches...
I want to thank my old college classmate -- you used to call him Bulldog, we call him Victor -- the Mayor of Knoxville, Mayor Victor Ashe.

I'm guessing the kindgartners didn't give him that name because of his "focus and tenacity." More likely it was based on looks or he peed on a hydrant, given how five year olds think.

3. Some of Gannon's photos were apparently
of him urinating. That makes no sense to me, but there's a lot I don't know about that kind of stuff.
