The news is broken: Journalists find scandals, image eroding credibility
MSM is sinking sinking fast. They bought this all on themselves though. They are making themselves irrelevant.

``The traditional notion of journalists as members of the Fourth Estate is that they're outside the power structure and are questioning and challenging the powerful elite on behalf of the disenfranchised,'' Karr said. ``When journalists become celebrities with high salaries, they're no longer outside that class.''

1. My email to Wolf Blitzer and Howard Kurtz
This was sent yesterday with copies to all major liberal talk show hosts as well as a copy to the Ombudsman in Washington Post.

"A blog entry by a Dumbster worth reading by CNN Superstars!!"

Dear Mr. Wolf Blitzer and Mr. Howard Kurtz,

I hope you and the rest of you at CNN and Washington Post enjoy my blog entry

"An interview worth watching!!!"

which you will find at

http://jmatthan.blogspot.com

Maybe you would like to forget such inconvenient references and great
honours earned by both of you as "The hypocrite of the week", sharing
such an outstanding honour with your dear friends Jeff Gannon, Alberto
Gonzales and Condoleezza Rice!

The more serious question is whether you two are just "Armstrong
Williams or Jeff Gannon"-lite or -pro? Facts seem to point clearly in
that direction.

Maybe you should also remember how your network and newspaper tore
that "horrible Dan Rather" apart. I have not forgotten. Memories may
be not so short here outside of America.

Are both of you are also products of the same wonderful Morton C.
Blackwell "The Leadership Institute Broadcast School of Journalism"
2-day programme that produced Jeff Gannon? I often wondered why
neither of you commented much about those "Purple Hearts" circulated
at the 2004 Republican National Convention - now isn't that obvious!!

Best regards

Jacob Matthan
