This publication analyzes the Administration's recent supplemental request of $82 billion for war-related funding. State and city cost of war numbers are available.

Looking up the numbers I found out what it is costing my area and plan to use this info to write a letter and as an educational leaflet. Here is the cost in New York State and a few select counties. All states are listed on website above.

...in the United States must cough up $523.08 to pay for the Iraq War so far.

3. No question about it...my community is
in aweful shape. There is no FUN in funding...mainly cause there isn't any funding. Schools, libraries, medical, housing...all being cut like crazy.
