Whether Gosch is Gannon/Guckert is a hot topic here. But wouldn't his mother ALREADY know if that's her son or not?


Gosch's mother claimed that her son is alive and that he visited her in 1997. She announced her revelations during a 1999 pedophile crime organization trial in Nebraska. Gosch's mother said that he came to her Iowa apartment in March 1997 with an unidentified male friend. She claims that Gosch told her he was abducted by members of a pedophile crime organization and he escaped from the group at an undetermined time. Gosch's mother also said that her son was in fear of repercussions from the group and that was the reason he chose to remain "underground." She stated that she has had no further contact with her son since his 1997 visit and that she remained silent about the event until called as a witness in court because she fears for Gosch's safety.

Gosch would be 37 or so, "Bulldog" advertised himself as 35 or 37 (on his escort sites), and elsewhere is described as 42 or 47. Who the hell knows? Maybe his mother?

that. In any case, without extensive plastic surgery, he doesnt' even look like Johnny Gosch. And I'm curious about this being a hot topic of debate - do you mean on DU, or where you live? I'm also a little confused as to how an alleged pedophilia ring ties into a fake journalist male hooker. Not trying to bust your chops, just trying to get a feel for where this is all leading. :shrug:

Here's another thing: supposedly Gosch needs to keep his identity a secret for fear of his life. If true, I can't see his mother saying "That's him!"

It still seems unlikely that Gannon/Guckert is actually Johnny Gosch, but I suppose anything is possible.
