Cheney Not Welcome at Ground Zero? Has to Appear at a Church? |
|
On ABC tonight they reported that Cheney has opted out of giving a speech at Ground Zero tomorrow because as Mayor Bloomberg says "Security was going to be too challenging for NYC because of all the families that wanted to come to Ground Zero......so the VP feels rather than add to the security burdens the VP will just go to a church in mid-town to give his address.
Bloomberg went on to say that "families of the victims preferred NOT to have politicians involved in the ceremonies involved in Ground Zero."
Just My Humble Opinion: Cheney was going to have protestors mobbing the scene and the Amins didn't want anyone to see this ........and so Chimp backed out thinking Cheney could show up in his place......and then word got out that Cheney and Asscroft are being picketed by mobs of angry voters all over the US wherever they go.....and they better not chance and appearance at Ground Zero because they might be attacked.
Plus another Environmental Report on Ground Zero is out today saying it was a "Toxic Soup" of chemicals that were released by the Towers Attack and that the stuff there was "small particled and could embed in your lungs" and no one was told about it.
So......Says to Me......Bush/Cheney can't show their face anywhere near Ground Zero for fear of their lives???
