John Thune Tom Daschle Knew Gannon Was Gay Prostitute--in Early 2004
<snip>

Then, on February 20th, 2004--just this past weekend--came the bombshell nobody noticed.

At first.

Lauck posted the following claim on his (or is it Thune's?) blog:

Some of the same former Daschle staffers who promoted the ridiculous story that Thune was getting divorced after the last election (Roll Call specifically explained that the stories were coming from Daschle staffers) are pushing the Gannon story. Reporters have recently told me that the Daschle campaign had been sending them photos of Gannon for at least a year to discredit him.

Jesus Christ, Professor, did you think you could just toss that out without anyone noticing? Do you realize that even if you type something in South Dakota, it can still be read outside South Dakota?

Let's be perfectly clear: Lauck, who was, and may still be, on the Thune payroll, is alleging that the campaign of Former Democratic Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle knew Gannon was a gay prostitute as early as, and perhaps even earlier than, February of 2004.

1. And the fact that Senator Daschle did not use such information
against Gannon says so many positive things about the Senator (if in fact this story is true).

3. Does it????

It's not about Gannon. It's about how he got there. If Daschle really knew and did nothing, then he is a co-conspirator in Bush's propaganda machine. A traitor not only to the Democratic Party, but to the country by any definition of that word that I can think of.

But then again, it doesn't really suprise me.

2. "Reporters have recently told me..."

So the MSM didn't want to cover the story....

This is a good point:

"If the campaign of the Democratic Senate Minority Leader knew, in 2004, that Gannon was a gay prostitute, then all of Washington knew.

Period.

Karl Rove knew.

The White House knew.

Senators knew.

Congressmen knew."

4. What in the heck is going on?
If this is true, why did our government let Gannon get that far up if they knew he was a prostitute?
