UK Sun - Chirac snubs Bush by speaking French!!!!! OMFG!!!!!
"IRAQ war wobbler Jacques Chirac scuttled George Bush’s fence-mending trip to Europe yesterday — by cranking up a row over the future of Nato."

"He embraced a German-led plot to ditch the alliance as the backbone of transatlantic relations, in favour of the European Union."

"He also snubbed President Bush by speaking French at a dinner, despite having fluent English."

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2005083136,00.html

I am shocked....SHOCKED!!!!!...that a Frenchman would actually dare to speak French!!!!

That's it!!! Forget about Iraq/Iran/North Korea/Afghanistan...let's bomb these snobby savages back to the Stone Age!!!! Right Fucking Now!!!!

8. Jacques is the man...
He does not kiss W's ass. (Granted, there's no room to do it because Tony Blair's balding head is stuck in it!). I think France and Germany, in particular, see a strong EU as a much-needed counterbalance to Bush's America, and boy are they right.

Enchante!

9. Interesting, but I'll wait for a credible source.
The Sun is Rupert Murdoch's baby. It's a propaganda outlet, not a newspaper.

11. Is Bush staying in Paris?
Folks there should all pitch in and have several thousand orders of french fries sent to his hotel room.

"To the President and Mrs. Bush -- from OLD EUROPE."

Political Science
by Randy Newman

No one likes us-I don't know why
We may not be perfect, but heaven knows we try
But all around, even our old friends put us down
Let's drop the big one and see what happens

We give them money-but are they grateful?
No, they're spiteful and they're hateful
They don't respect us-so let's surprise them
We'll drop the big one and pulverize them

Asia's crowded and Europe's too old
Africa is far too hot
And Canada's too cold
And South America stole our name
Let's drop the big one
There'll be no one left to blame us

We'll save Australia
Don't wanna hurt no kangaroo
We'll build an All American amusement park there
They got surfin', too

Boom goes London and boom Paree :nuke:
More room for you and more room for me
And every city the whole world round
Will just be another American town
Oh, how peaceful it will be
We'll set everybody free
You'll wear a Japanese kimono
And there'll be Italian shoes for me

They all hate us anyhow
So let's drop the big one now
Let's drop the big one now

:nuke:

21. Yep....David Gregory, a MSNBC reporter
He asked Chirac a question in French and Chirac responded in French.

Herr Bush obviously felt inferior so he made some snide and sarcastic remark to Gregory afterwards

18. I absolutely love it!
Chirac knows that Bush can't even master the English language, so he figured what was the point in speaking English?

He knows that English and French sound the same to Bush anyway, so what the heck?! Go for it! :)

19. Of course, Bush's own promise of retribution against Europe, should
they decide to sell arms to China, is not worth mentioning. No, Chirac scuttled the fence-mending trip by speaking French in France.

26. "Fermez le Bush"
play on the french phrase: "Fermez la bouche" (shut up).

I made about a hundred of Bumperstickers like that during the campaign, for the Louisiana area - can you dig it?
