Do you think this person was threatened into this retraction of statement and purpose like any of the friends or former cabinet members who come out with dirt and correct themselves a day or so later?

Wouldn't they have relased these tapes last term or something? Why now? It doesn't make sense. :shrug: Plus I remember in the beginning Bush always said how he had a feeling God wanted him to be president. Unless he was lying of course to appear to his little base.
