It's not like the police there have a sterling record on this case. The WPD is currently being sued by a guy that they fingered last December, of course they didn't hold press conferences then but they led people to believe he was BTK. But he wasn't.

This guy Rader may indeed be BTK but if he isn't I pity the poor bastard.
