Who think that their family's sacrifice should confer some hero status on themselves.

These people usually become pukes because to these people, the adulation is more important. They love the yellow ribbon made in China magnets. They love the God Bless America rallies.

I see it all the time, any criticism of any serviceman or THEIR MISSION is "bashing". They have to believe that the great sacrifice of their relative is for a worthy goal. The pukes tell them this. While at the same time, the pukes send them to immoral wars, cut their benefits, refuse to pay their medical benefits, and generally forget about them when (if) they arrive home.

Vetwife, if you are reading this (and I know you are), by following behind Bush, you are dishonoring your husbands sacrifice and all servicepersons sacrifices.

Let their sacrifices REALLY be to protect freedom, and support Democrats who won't send them to war for profit.
