The DU administration

Skinner, Elad and EarlG. ban members on purpose because they feel it's in the best interest of this website.

We don't always approve of the bannings: there is one person I especially miss here--got to know her in real life...then my life got complicated, and we lost touch...BUT she was banned, and it upset me.

However, I didn't start whiny threads complaining about it, or wondering why--she had an unpopular opinion (at the time didn't jibe with what other DUers thought...interestingly, now they probably would...)-

I understand why some of you liked Vetwife...personally, I didn't pay all that much attention to her--but, I know others did. But can you people not understand why the owners of this website chose the decision that they did? I thought it was fairly self explanatory...but, I guess not.

This thread isn't about your opinions, it's about respect for the administration, mods, and longstanding members of DU.

These threads have gotten out of control. This is now a private matter between the admins and the banned member. If anyone has questions or comments, they can post in the Ask the Admins forum.
