Sludge CONTINUING campaign against ANTI-BUSH comedian Chris Rock! (PT2)
Today's Headline: "READY FOR F-ING OSCARS"

With this vaguely menacing photo of the usually amiable Rock:

I'm so sick of this little beyotch Drudge. Who does he think he is?

Is it racism - he can't stand a black man who's unapologetic and non-sycophantic to his white-bread "values"?

Or is it that he can't stand having an Oscar host who will likely lob some scathing ad-libs at his favorite Clown Prince, the Giggling Murderer Himself, Dumbya?

1. Or...
C. Drudge wants to put himself in the middle of yet another controversy, to get people to go to his site.

He's just another administration media slut.

4. Manufactured outrage
It's a natural byproduct of republicanism. Their ideas are bogus, so they must cast aspersions on everyone else..

10. Ding, ding, ding. Manufactured outrage, the rightwing's favorite ploy
to promote the idea that anyone on the left is a traitor or a heathen and is unworthy of the attention of good Americans.

Show the "outrage" at the pettiest things by anyone on the left while completely ignoring major errors by the right.

9. I'm with you. It also directs the freepers and delusional right to turn
off the T.V. tonight lest some 'truth' slips into their heart via humour and threatens their tenuous hold on reality & questions arise about their own inherent "goodness". This is a big warning warning to the Kool Aide drinkers.

6. You know, knowing Rock's positions on the issues and stuff....
I'd vote for him in 2008 if we can get him nominated. Sounds like a plan, and would piss off the Repukes, big time. Not to mention that he would be thousands of times better than Bush and most other candidates.

7. Haha
Drudge is just giving the oscars and Mr. Rock more attention. I have a feeling the ratings for this show are going to be much higher than the other awards shows.

8. I'm convinced he's trying to boost the Oscar telecast's ratings
He's no dummy, he knows beating the drum of controversy will drive up viewership.
