The Top 10 Conservative Idiots column refers to Bush as "Our Great Leader."

I know it's ironic, but is it also a historical reference?

Were any previous leaders called that?

The late North Korean dictator was usually referred to as "Great Leader." His son, Kim Jong-Il, is only "Dear Leader."

I am not sure what the first place is but it seems awfully odd. The second site has a photo of two employees fighting over a banana. Some in the top 10 actually are references to Bush. Not all complementary. I never knew they called him that. How sad.
