Here's a BALLOT for ya!!!

This ballot is out of date...I can only assume that there will be a more current ballot on election day

Hell, most people will need 15 minutes to figure out where any names are.

1. They don't have the names separated by party!
You have to really know who you're lookin' for.

2. What's wrong with Alphabetical???
When I see ballots like these, I KNOW they are just messing with our minds...

Everyone past 3rd grade, knows the alphabet.. Even "them durned 'furriners" know the alphabet..

We got our ballots yesterday, and Bustamante is in the first column for us, and a few spaces below his name is AS..

Every locality has a different listing.. This preempts the possibility of mentioning their "location", in ads...

What a JOKE..

3. This is based on lawsuit in 1970s
This is based on a study that found that the first position enjoyed a 5% advantage. This shows that 5% of voters are uneducated and just dont care. The rotation scheme was devised because most of CA used paper ballots and this was the easiest way to "shuffle the deck". Other states do other types of rotation as well.

4. I like it that you can still write someone in.
There's just no pleasing some people.
