Does anyone else get sick and tired of caring when the rest of the country
doesn't seem to be caring...
i mean our economy is going down the toilet
our reputation is going down the gutter
EVERYTHING is going down the crapper

and half of the country DOESN'T CARE...
the ONLY reason i keep fighting is for my kids... but thats it.. it gets so frustrating
we keep waiting for ANY of this to hurt bush but NOTHING has yet...
we keep saying "oh this one will be it" and it gets swept under the rug

ugh.. i don't know... I'm just tired of caring.. anyone else like this??
(p.s. it might be my preggo hormones as well ;) )

1. Well, then I must be pregnant, too.
Half the country thinks everything is Just Jake. They don't care about anything but their SUV's and getting enough "Cheez" on their greaseburgers.

It ain't all hormones.

2. You've decided to bring a new life into this world.
you can't afford to not care anymore. Yes I know it's tiring (get used to it), but we have to keep fighting for our childrens futures.

3. It's not just you...
You're right about the country's apathy. And frankly, the bulk of them deserve what they're inevitably going to get. I've made it my resolution to take as much pleasure as possible in the misfortune of * voters over the next four years.

4. It use to bug me
When I saw all the clear evidence of election fraud, I use to wonder. It really bugged me that I could no longer say "people get the government they deserve." Because I knew American citizens didn't vote for b*sh. But now with all the obvious apathy and people who buy into anything they see on TV., maybe I can still say "People get the government they deserve." Because the majority is willing to idly stand by and let b*sh destroy our country. I shrug and try to live through it.

5. Sad thing is eventually they'll care. When it gets sooooo bad that they
start to see their kids getting drafted (or having to suit up themselves), find themselves filing for bankruptcy, and when they wise up (with help from US) and see that working for minimum wage won't cover the taxes you have to pay for the rich, well, the ones capable of raising a brain wave pattern will start to think twice about the Unelected Fraud.

It's desperation time in the White House again. They're pulling out the warnings about bin Ladin and Zaqahiri again, like they always do when bush**'s bullshit isn't going over.

6. you aren't alone...
not alone by any means.

It is so discouraging sometimes, the willful BLINDNESS of most americans. How can they sit idly by and not care about the lack of civility in public discourse? How can they not care about the lack of an honest and independent MEDIA? About so-called "reporters" who are nothing more than stenographers - completely devoid of any fact checking capabilities, much less of any investigative intuition or courage?

Where is the outrage?

Oh - I forgot - GAYS can't marry so all is good with the world.

grrrrr.....

8. oh, like when we sit at work and worry about wolfowitz,
and the lies and the gannons, and the deaths, etc; etc;...

and the others calmly turn to the sports page or go off and play games online?

i get tempted 'not 'to care but i have to.... so that my daughter doesn't see me give up. she's a grown woman, but i won't be around forever to help and guide... i worry for her future and for 'hopefully ' for any grandbabies she may have.
