Just spoke with Kathy Rogers re certification on the voting machines. SHe told me "The certification is going out in the mail today." So lets see from Atlanta to Seattle mail should take no more than what 3 days at the most? So I expect to have it here in my hands on Tuesday at the latest...Now I am waiting with batied breath.

10. Not the way they handled my FOIA

Hmmmm. Very interesting, GB&C. When they answered my FOIA request, I got an email from Cliff Tatum with an attached Word doc telling me what they did and did not have. A copy of the same Word doc was mailed to me. I then had to send them a check for photocopying fees. It may be that they are handling it differently if you only requested the one item. An item he told me they DIDN'T have. Also, I emailed and you called. Anyway: FYI...

Maybe she couldn't find anyone to fax it to you because they were busy typing it up. :-)
