Right wing biased article on the front of Yahoo news (recall)
Edited on Fri Sep-12-03 04:48 PM by Democat
Poll: Schwarzenegger Gains in Calif. Race

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=564&ncid=564&e=11&u=/nm/20030912/ts_nm/politics_california_poll_dc_9

Read the article. The headline only mention Arnold even though Cruz is leading and Davis has gained more (5% vote gain by Arnold, 9% popularity increase by Davis) than Arnold.

The best part is this paragraph:

Meanwhile, Bustamante's unfavorable rating climbed from 29 percent in August to 50 percent this month as voters learned of the $3 million in campaign cash he took from Indian gaming concerns, and about his affiliation with a Latino student group that his critics described as radical, the Times reported.

Nothing negative about Arnold in the article at all, but they slam Cruz for allegation made by his "critics". Somehow they didn't mention anything that Arnold's critics have said.

How Democrats are going to be able to win with a right wing mainstream media, is a real question about the future of America.

1. Davis is always billed as an "unpopular Democrat"
yet the repubes were too stupid, or lazy, or something, to vote his ass out last year when they had the chance!

GET OVER IT, REPUBES!!!!

2. A majority of union members support the recall?
What the fuck is wrong with people? Is talk radio really that convincing?

And despite Davis' close ties to organized labor, a majority of likely voters in union households supports it too.

3. The info on Bustamente is correct, except...
...I thought it was $2 million, not $3 million.

4. Correct or not, they didn't print any of the true Arnold negatives
There is plenty they could have said about Arnold, but they only printed negatives about the Democrat in the race.

Where is the media on the reports of Arnold using the word "nigger" repeatedly. Has anyone seen that anywhere in the mainstream media?

Not only does the mainstream media ignore it, but they attack Cruz for using the word "nigger" once accidentally.

There is so much bias in the recall coverage.
