Any wealthy American that truly believes in the Bush Cause should be liquidating all their assets and donating the money to America now.

3. Actually, I wouldn't penalize all the rich just

Bush, Cheney and any other's fortunes who are directly related to the plan to go to war. The Supreme Court (yeah pigs will fly) should demand restitution of the war's expense from these ursurpers of the USA Treasury because they used the military of our nation for personal gain. They should forfeit all of their assets in reparation. They won't need it anyway after being found guilty of treason and war crimes, they will be either imprisoned or executed as the law finds necessary.
