When we get a nominee - all candidates should give $ to the nom

We should start a campaign of sorts right now asking all of the dem candidates to give all of their contributions to whoever gets the nomination.

They are all saying (I think) that everyone should get behind whoever the dem nominee is, let's get them to put their money where their mouths are. Make them go on record saying that when we have the nominee - all money goes to that nominee. We will need it.

Imagine every dollar that anyone gives now for a dem goes towards the general election.

Is this against election law to give Primary donations to another candidate in the general?

I will draft a letter petition for this in the next day or so.

I think it would help with the candidate bashing that is going on in the party if we all know, right now, that the goal is to unseat Bush, and all candidates are behind that.
