Bill Clinton will be speaking at the Panetta Institute at CSUMB this tues. I plan on taping the program as it will be broadcast on some local stations. I believe it will be starting at 7:00 pm on tues, but I will update as nesessary. I will be at school when the prgram broadcasts, but I will be taping, for me and others....
