There was a judicial ruling that the recall be postponed because several counties still have those old punch-card voting machines. The voters there would not have "equal protection". Its Deja vu: the same Scotus Coup argument.

They gave one week for an appeal - so it may go to Scotus.

March will be a lovely time for the recall election because the Democrats will be turning out in droves for the Democratic primary and will vote NO on recall.
