The Native populous who make up the majority in the north (where ALL the resources are) are 'anglais' say fuck you to that. They want to stay in the federal system, for good reason.

Quebec wants to separate only if they can have all of it. Well too bad.

Herein lies the great moral quagmire.

They have no ground to stand on in this case.

Separatists argue for their own land, yet the natives who live up north where all the goodies are not good enough to govern themselves?

That's what stops them in their tracks. They need those resources to survive as a seperate entity. And they will never get it.
