Need Contact info for President Clinton

Does anyone have a fairly straight forward Email/Contact info for someone who can speak for/to the President?

I have a local republican congressman who's made some pretty outrageous claims against the former President concerning Sept 11th; things that are well documented internet hoaxes and lies. The worst part- he made these claims to the Editorial Staff of the local paper- they caught it however and printed the real facts, yet this man has offered no apology or correction.

I'm considering litigation as a private citizen to force an apology or at least a retraction- I believe President Clinton has a pretty open and shut defamation suit against this man.

Any suggestions?
