Every positive thing done in the US in the past century was done by liberals...

Mr DeLay it wasn't Liberals pumping drugs and alchohol onto our Indian lands rendering the population of Natives impotent when your desires of genocide didn't come to fruition.

I do stand as a Liberal proud...Proud to know it was Liberals who helped ban pesticides that caused genetic deformation, cancer and death against all protest of Conservatives. It was Liberals who demanded that companies TELL THE TRUTH about what is in their products. It was Liberals who have fought to protect the integrity of the market by busting trusts...I am Liberal because I believe in free press and free speech. Liberals have fought for a clean, sustainable environment. It is Liberals who demanded that corporate advertisement be true. It was Liberals who have fought for product safety, for the banning of DDT, lead paint...For the rights of all and not just those with wealth.

If being Liberal is being all that...then its Conservatives who have the explaining to do and the need to cower in their homes lest they be called a Conservative.
