Drier was HOWLING about the delay. And if I heard it once I heard it a hundred times today - that "the 9th cicuit court is THE MOST LIBERAL court in the nation with the HIGHEST RECORD OF CASES THAT GET OVERTURNED ON APPEAL. I've heard that on EVERY SINGLE hour show today. And read that in several news article.
