What are Karl Rove's Educational qualifications?

I have been trying to find out what degrees Karl Rove has. His bios list attendance at several universities but no degrees or majors mentioned. Yet, he is supposed to have taught graduate classes at universities?

Something also must be wrong with American universities if they give Ph.D.s to the likes of Cheney, Wolfie, Rice and Rummy . . .not to mention allowing someone like Rove to teach graduate classes if he doesn't actually have a degree? :crazy:

Karl Rove taught Tzu’s "The Art of War" as part of a 1997 course he gave at the University of Texas on "The Modern American Political Campaign."

this is a subject Rove obviously knows a great deal about… definitely more than most people who've got a poli sci degree do, and probably more than most who teach similar classes do.
