think about it --

the WHOLE world is extremely hateful of what the Bush
administration has done in the past 3 yrs to the world.

ONCE these PNAC crooks are thrown out in 2004
what a better way to show the world that the dark days
are now over -- that THE BIG DOG has the new American
President's (a DEMOCRAT) power to start straightening
out the total screw-ups of the PNAC cabal.

As great as he was for this country, and as criminally under-appreciated as he was, I think it's time for Bill to fade into history--which, I believe will eventually judge him to be one of the best presidents of the 20th century.

but it is what the rest of the world perceives of
Clinton that really matters.

Clinton is perceived by the rest of the world
as a man of his word. A man who works for the betterment
of all - not the oil interests as Bush does.

Bill is far too young to fade into history! We NEED his talent and intelligence!

Clinton is well respected in the international community. I would say even LIKED! Maybe ambassador to the UN.

I think Bill needs to be in a position where approval isn't a measure of success. His personality needs approval too much, and it has lead him to compromise too often.

he understands foreign policy and has the respect of much of the world.

Doubt an ex-Pres would be offered a cabinet postion, though. Ex-Pres's have been Chief Justice and Senator, but cabinet secretary seems to be a step down. Would also take the glow off the White House, as he is properly addressed as "President Clinton." Can't really have two of 'em down there, can we?
