I watched his annoucement speech and felt a little jittery. Lets face it, he is a military man! He has virtually no experience with civilian issues, human relatitions, the man on the street.
He can make a great Defense Sec but not President.

We always have to ask ourselves "Is he a PEOPLES man?" He spoke in a very nationalistic manner. He even stated something like "this will be a century for America". Hmmm like PNAC talk. JITTERS!

...I have to admit, I was a bit underwhelmed by what I heard yesterday in his speech.

But I do take issue with your concerns about his being too nationalistic.

If anything, Clark's strength is his reputation as an internationalist. He speaks openly about mending fences with our allies and working globally, and unlike the other candidates, he has a lot of experience in that exact area.
